It’s being in a room with complete strangers and choosing vulnerability, even if you never see them again. They’re not your friends or your family, and you may not get close to anyone personally—but you learn how to feel close. How to trust people you don’t know.
There’s a particular freedom in that: somewhere to go that isn’t “community,” but strengthens your capacity to build your own.

What if I'm neurodivergent?
You are welcome here. We honour all needs, and all forms of participation and we see the genius and giftedness you hold. I know camera on can be tricky, but it does need to stay on, because of how NAVA observes responses as impetus.

What is Methodical Randomenss and why do we need it?
It is the practice of unpredictability in a methodical way. We want you to be and feel safe, but not so safe that you don’t want to move and change things. Methodical Randomness has methodical parts and random parts.
